Coleman Public Library Interlibrary Loans
Patrons can come by the circulation desk at the library to request a form to borrow a book form another library. Patrons may also call the library for requests.
- Interlibrary Loan Policy
- A maximum of 4 requests at any one time. A request is considered active from the time initiated until three days after the material if returned.
- The library can only borrow items that have been published for more than 60 days.
- The library is unable to borrow bound periodicals (magazines).
- The library is unable to borrow audio books.
- The library will not process ILL requests for patrons with overdue ILL materials or non-payment of return postage due.
- Interlibrary loan materials must be returned by their due date to avoid late charges. Renewals may be requested, but it is the decision of the loaning library to renew an item.
- Copyright laws apply to all interlibrary loans.
- Fee Policy
Postage Fees: Patrons must pay the return postage on all interlibrary loans at the time of pick-up. Failure to pay return postage will result in the revoking of interlibrary loan privileges for the patron.

Pleas include as much information as possible when requesting a title form interlibrary loan. (Such as book title and/or author.)
